Resume

Since 1989 I have been working as executive coach and business consultant on HR issues like leadership development, communication, conflict solving and team building as well as project management. My work includes seminars, workshops and (executive) coaching held in German, Arabic and English.

My knowledge and experiences are based on my studies of business administration as well as on different implemented projects with multinational companies in several branches and areas.

It is the passion for my job and my profession as well as a constant commitment to my customers and their executives and associates that marks my work. By applying motivating methods and teaching challenging topics I support people in their process of reassessing their attitudes and values. This also heightens their awareness for their own and their business’ capabilities.

Since 1989 I have been successfully running my own firm “Consulting & Coaching” in Hennef (Germany) as consulting manager and coach/executive coach.
